I remember back in the day, when I could stay out until 3am and still make it to work by 8am the next morning. I can’t do that anymore, now if I’m up passed 11pm I have problems getting up the next morning.

That’s when I realized that I need to change my diet. Start including such super foods as organic acai berry, blueberries and spinach into my daily diet. I have never been that tech savvy when it comes to computers. I can do just the minimum and that is about it. A few of my friends know a bit more about computers though so they are always telling me about the latest things. I just heard about Ares or Aries? I was not sure which, so rather than sounding dumb to my friends, I just looked it up when I got home. It is Ares and it is a free file sharing soft ware. It looks like a good idea, and it is free so I think I am going to check it out!
