I remember back in the day, when I could stay out until 3am and still make it to work by 8am the next morning. I can’t do that anymore, now if I’m up passed 11pm I have problems getting up the next morning.
That’s when I realized that I need to change my diet. Start including such super foods as organic acai berry, blueberries and spinach into my daily diet. Once I started doing this I noticed a change right away. I no longer have problems getting up in the morning. Not only was it easier to get out of bed, but I was more alert throughout the day.
